During a visit to Kinchley’s Tavern in Ramsey, NJ, I experienced a mixed dining adventure with my family. The bustling atmosphere indicated its popularity, though we waited 45 minutes for a table. Seating was cramped, but the spicy mussels were a highlight, earning four stars for their clean taste and flavorful sauce. The pizza featured a well-cooked thin crust with a hint of sourdough, rated 4.5. However, the mozzarella lacked depth, scoring 3.9, and the sauce was bland, with too much oregano, receiving a 3.25. Overall, the pizza's balance was commendable, totaling 16.15 out of 20.
